Roof repairs in Hertfordshire, from one slipped tile to a leak that keeps coming back. Ring Kieran on 07310 120341 or send the form: he comes out himself, finds the cause and gives you a free written quote, with no call-out fee.
Water rarely comes through the ceiling right under the fault. It gets in at a cracked tile, a slipped slate, a split flashing or perished felt, runs along the timbers and shows up somewhere else. Patch the stain and you pay twice. Kieran checks the roof and the loft, finds where the water gets in and explains your options before he quotes.
Hertfordshire has every kind of roof, and each one fails in its own way. Victorian and Edwardian terraces in St Albans and Watford lose slates as the old nails rust through. Concrete-tiled houses on the 1950s and 60s estates of Stevenage and Hemel Hempstead crack their ridge mortar. Flat-roofed extensions and dormers split at the edges. We repair all of it.
Leaks and broken tiles come up again and again in our reviews. Gary wrote on Bark: "I had a leaky roof, and KR & Sons Roofing & Guttering fixed it perfectly." We are rated 4.9 from 45 reviews across Google, Facebook, Yell and Bark, and all our work is guaranteed.

Kieran fixes the cause, not the stain, and prices a small repair as a small repair. Dave's Google review: "Work finished below the quoted estimate."
Across Hertfordshire, replacing a few slipped or broken tiles or slates from a ladder costs about £150 to £400. New lead round a chimney runs about £400 to £900 and a new lead valley about £600 to £1,500, and a job that needs scaffold carries that cost too. Our roof repair cost guide has the ranges, and Kieran's free written quote gives you the real figure.
No. There is no call-out fee and the quote is free.
From the roof and from the loft. Water runs along the felt and the timbers before it drips, so Kieran follows the wet back to where it gets in: a cracked tile, a slipped slate, a lifted flashing or a split in the felt.
Yes. All our work is guaranteed.
Yes, straight. If the felt has perished and the repairs keep coming back, a new roof is the better spend, and Kieran shows you why on the roof. New roofs carry our 20-year guarantee.
